The CCITT Blue Book also includes international recommendations in phone and other communicatins area. Ccitt فإن الكتاب الازرق كما تشمل التوصيات الدولية في الهاتف وغيرها من communicatins المجال. Now it become a famous ITU-T recommendation E.164. والآن اصبحت شهيرة ر توصية الاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات - e.164. The oldest system of country phone codes appeared in Europe - CCITT Red Book, it was codificated in early 1960. اقدم نظام البلد الهاتف الرموز ظهرت في أوروبا -- ccitt الكتاب الاحمر ، وكان codificated في اوائل عام 1960. Some codes was accepted in a CCITT Blue Book too and remain in use up to nowdays. وقد قبلت بعض المدونات في ccitt الكتاب الازرق للغاية والبقاء في استخدام ما يصل الى nowdays.
